In the late 1940’s, Mario and Mary Trinchero took a leap of faith and moved across the country from New York City to California, becoming one of only 15 wineries in the Napa Valley.

This move set their own American Dream story into motion, laying the groundwork for future generations.

Over the next 75 years, the Trinchero family’s hard work and dedication transformed the company into the country’s 2nd largest family-owned winery. To this day, we still have a strong appreciation for the humble beginnings of our founders and the unwavering dream that brought Mario and Mary Trinchero to the Napa Valley in the first place.

Our meticulously designed St. Helena winery is an enduring symbol of everything our family has worked toward for over 75 years.

Representing three generations committed to crafting wine of the utmost quality, it was architected as a beacon, heralding both our deep roots and our innovative future in Napa Valley. It is not static and continues to grow and evolve as we explore the latest technology and tools, arming our winemakers with everything needed for inspired innovation.

“The essence of winemaking is in the details.”
