At Amador Whiskey Company, we’re passionate about making limited-production, luxury whiskey. Our first creation was Amador Whiskey 10-Barrel, a California straight hop-flavored whiskey crafted with a craft California IPA beer and finished in Napa Cellars Chardonnay barrels. Our second offering, Amador Whiskey Co. Double Barrel, marries the best of Kentucky whiskey with different wine barrel finishes.   • Mash bill consists of 72% corn, 13% rye, 15% barley
  • Aged in new charred American Oak barrels for 3 years
  • Finished in Napa Cellars Cabernet Sauvignon barrels for 9–12 months
  • New Charred American Oak + Former Medium Toast French Oak
  • Bottled at 90 proof
  • Pairs perfectly in a Manhattan, Whiskey Sour, or Mint Julep

Port Barrel Finished Rye Whiskey

  • Sourced from a pedigreed craft distillery in Bardstown, KY
  • Mash bill consists of 74% rye, 11% corn, 15% barley
  • Aged in new charred American Oak barrels for 3 years
  • Finished in Amador County Terra d’Oro Port barrels for 9–12 months
  • New Charred American Oak + Former Medium Toast French/American Oak

Amador 10 Barrels 9th Release Hop Whiskey

  • Sourced from pedigreed craft distillery in Anderson Valley, CA
  • 90% two-row barley whiskey + 10% craft IPA beer based whiskey
  • Aged in French oak for 2 1/2 years
  • Finished in Napa Cellars American + French oak for another 6 months
